Feed your plants the best organic plant food! My worm tea bag is filled with premium worm castings, which are created by special composting worms as they break down food and paper waste into nutrient rich dirt. Not only does worm castings recycle food and paper waste but worm castings contain all the nutrients plants need in a form they can use right away. Worm castings have been shown to help seeds germinate faster, plants grow taller, increased yield of fruits/vegetables/flowers, etc. The special composting worms also infuse their castings with beneficial microbes that help protect certain plants from certain plant diseases and fungus.
So what is worm tea? Worm tea is created by soaking worm castings overnight in water. My worm tea bag is specially designed so you can just drop it in water and let it steep like a regular tea (though please don't drink worm tea)! After soaking overnight, just water plants like you regularly would with plant food.
Small tea bag - 0.5 oz of castings - soak in up to 2.5 gallons of water* - good for about 5 plants
Large tea bag - 1 oz of castings - soak in up to 5 gallons of water* - good for about 10 plants
*soak in less water for a more concentrated worm tea for plants that need a little extra love - like those bargain plants you picked up at the store or the one you forgot to water for awhile
